1.  About the service
    This service is provided by Delara Software Engineering and offers
    AI-assisted text improvement for CVs and application documents.
    The service uses an external AI model (e.g. ChatGPT) to generate
    rephrasing and improvement suggestions based on text you enter.

The service is intended as a tool only and does not guarantee
correctness, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

2.  User responsibility
    By using the service, you confirm that:

-   All information you provide is accurate and truthful
-   You review and verify all generated content before use
-   The service is not used to create misleading, false, or fraudulent information

3.  Prohibited use
    You may not use the service to:

-   create false credentials
-   generate misleading content
-   share confidential information

4.  Limitation of liability
    The service is provided “as is”. Delara Software Engineering is not
    liable for damages or losses related to use of the service.

7.  User account (optional)
    You may create an account with your email address. Sign-in uses a
    six-digit one-time code sent to your email. For the account we may
    store your email, an optional general professional area (to better
    tailor AI suggestions), and data needed to keep you signed in. CV and
    job text you upload for analysis are also covered by this Privacy
    Policy; they are not permanently stored as part of the account beyond
    what is stated here.

PRIVACY POLICY

1.  General
    Delara Software Engineering processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

2.  Data processed

-   Text you submit (e.g. CV and job ad) for the current processing run
-   If you create an account: email address, optional professional area,
    session information, and short-lived one-time verification codes
-   Technical data (e.g. IP address, logs) for operations and security

3.  Purpose

-   Deliver and improve the service (including AI-generated suggestions)
-   Operate optional accounts, verification, and sign-in
-   Use your selected professional area only for tone and terminology in
    suggestions — not as factual claims about you

4.  Storage

-   CV and ad text: no permanent storage for use without an account beyond
    what the service describes; processing is for the current request
-   Account: email and preferences are kept until you request erasure or we
    remove them according to procedures described when you contact us
-   One-time codes: short-lived and removed after successful verification
-   Logs may be kept briefly

5.  Third parties
    Data is sent to an AI provider (e.g. ChatGPT)

     If you create an account, we may send email to the address
     associated with your account. This may include, for example:
     material changes to these terms or the privacy policy; other
     service-related information we consider important; and newsletters
     with news about CVBoost and the service.

     You may, to the extent permitted by law, opt out of future
     communications that allow opt-out (for example, newsletters) at any
     time by notifying us in writing via the "Contact" page on the
     website, clearly requesting to unsubscribe from such mailings
     (and, if needed, the email address this applies to). Messages that
     are still required to operate your account, such as sign-in codes,
     may continue to be sent when necessary.
